It was a Tuesday afternoon when I got the call. Around 15h00.
I signed and completed the paperwork that day, and by the next morning, received the signed copy back from the seller.
By 14h00 that very same day, I signed the paperwork to have it sold on to a new buyer I had lined up resulting in a $35K Profit.
The introduction and conversations to this deal started weeks before the sale ever happened, and from the moment I met the seller, I could see why her property wasn’t moving.
Her husband was serving time for a white-collar crime. The municipality had cut off her electricity and water due to mounting unpaid bills. Her car had been impounded by a loan shark, leaving her without transport. And her business — her source of income — had been locked up by the landlord after she fell behind on rent.
Everything around her was shutting down.
That’s when I stepped in — not just to buy the property, but to help untangle the web that was holding her back.
